Your Destination—

The very mention of Zanzibar - the beautiful and historic spice island lying just off the coast of Tanzania - is enough to conjure up a multitude of mental images that are both exotic and striking. It is this emotional reaction that has caused this island in the Indian Ocean to become one of the world’s most sought-after holiday destinations.

A diver or beach lover's paradise, the famous 'Spice Island' of Zanzibar is a luxurious and exotic destination, and there's plenty to discover away from the stunning beaches. The island's capital Stone Town is a captivating labyrinth of narrow streets and winding alleyways. Lose yourself in the buzz of the markets, delight your senses in the bustling bazaars, and check out the many mosques and grand Arab residences.

White Paradise Zanzibar 4*—
Crystalline blue waters, unspoiled beaches, tall shady coconut trees... what more would you expect from a dream holiday? White Paradise Zanzibar 4* is a seaside boutique hotel offering the delights of Zanzibar's east coast. Picture yourself lying on a pristine beach, digging your toes into the soft powdery sand as your work on your tan. This beachfront hotel is your next sun-drenched holiday.

Your Time—
Receive a relaxing massage in the hotel's open-air spa - with all treatments using only locally-sourced products from local communities. This tranquil experience will allow you to get closer to nature and let go of any stress. Lounge by the large outdoor pool or on the 2,500 square meters private sandy beach just steps away.

Please note: Due to shallow waters and a rugged coastline, there are significant tides in this area, so swimming in the sea may not always be permitted.

In southern Zanzibar, the Jozani Forest is a fantastic reserve and the only National Park on the island. Currently waiting to become the second World Heritage Site of Zanzibar, the Jozani Chwaka Bay region is a hotspot for biodiversity. This forest is home to a number of endemic species - unique to only Zanzibar and one of the rarest monkeys in the world, the endangered Red Colobus Monkey is a joy and privilege to witness.

Your discovery will take you on a journey through the lush, tropical forest surrounded by mangroves and salt marshes and filled with diverse trees & fauna. Here, your guide will teach you about the medicinal properties of various plants and will introduce you to the animals, birds and reptiles that inhabit this enchanting rainforest.

As you look up through the luscious jungle, be on the lookout for the famous red colobus monkeys of Zanzibar who may be searching in the trees for their dinner. Accustomed to visitors, you will have no trouble watching them while they eat or play.

For many centuries Zanzibar has been infamous for its spices, exporting cloves, vanilla, nutmeg and cardamom throughout the world, earning it the name “Spice Island”.

A visit to a village of spice producers will immerse you into the local life and will allow you to taste an array of Swahili dishes, taste the seasonal fruits and enjoy a spicy tea. You’ll enjoy lunch at Hakuna Matata Beach Lodge, delighting in a special menu, prepared with the best seasonal tropical island fruits and spices discovered during your visit. Depending on the season, you will get to taste vanilla, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, bananas, pineapples, oranges, and more!

You will then follow in the footsteps of sultans, servants and explorers through the winding streets of Stone Town. Your guide will tell you about the events that shaped Zanzibar by guiding you through its buildings, such as the former slave market and the Anglican Cathedral, the House of Wonders and the Sultans Palace Museum, the Old Fort and the Arab Dispensary.
